Our Story

10 years ago, great communication meant creating strong content and delivering it through the right channels.

10年前、優れたコミュニケーションとは、価値あるコンテンツを創り出し、それを最適な手段で届けることだと定義していました。

Today, that definition no longer holds. In a world flooded with social media and AI-generated information, the real question is no longer what we see, but who we trust.

しかし今、SNSやAIによる生成情報が溢れる世界で、その定義はもはや通用しなくなりました。これからは「何を見るか」ではなく、「誰を信じるか」です。

Trust doesn't live in content. It lives in relationships— in how people act, connect, and stand by their values.

コンテンツそれ自体の中に、信頼は存在しません。信頼は人と人との関係の中に、人々がどう行動し、つながり、価値観を貫くかの中に生まれるものです。

創業者が20年以上、宣伝・広報・PR・IRの現場に携わる中で、情報を届ける手段は極めて多様化し、複雑になりました。その結果、本来果たすべき役割である「信頼関係の構築」にまで手が回っていない現状を多く目にしてきました。そこで、本来の目的である関係（Relation）を構築するための場所（Place）となるべく、PRACE（Precise Relation & Authentic Communication Element）を設立しました。

特定のツールに縛られず、既にお使いのシステムを前提としながら、人と人がより良く繋がるための「コミュニケーションの基盤（Element）」として最適な環境を構築します。単なる効率化の先にある「温かみのある対話」を支えるITを追求します。
